We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Returned with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories

📦 Return Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Fee

United Kingdom
A flat £2.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Japan & Singapore
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Return must be sent using your preferred local shipping method. We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order separately.

💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
