• Returned with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories

📦 Return Process

After you contact us, we will provide the correct return address and instructions for sending your parcel. Please obtain these details before posting your return.

🚚 Return Shipping Fee

For change-of-mind returns, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping using a carrier of their choice. We do not provide return shipping labels for these returns.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

Please contact us if your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, before arranging a return. We will advise on the appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs for returns due to a product defect or our error.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order separately.

💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Where applicable law requires an earlier refund, we will meet that deadline.
