Before your first outing

Let your dog become familiar with the carrier on a stable surface before lifting. Check the straps, stitching, buckles and internal clip before each use, and follow the supplied fitting instructions. Keep your dog supervised throughout use; the open design and internal clip do not make the bag escape-proof. This bag is not a vehicle safety restraint or an enclosed airline carrier.

Cleaning and care

Open the base zip and remove the base board before cleaning the fabric. Do not soak the fibreboard insert. Gently hand-clean the fabric separately with a soft brush or cloth, and wash dark and light colours separately. The supplier advises against machine washing, bleaching, ironing, tumble drying and dry cleaning. Air-dry fully in a ventilated, shaded place before reassembly.

Avoid sharp objects, prolonged direct sunlight, high heat, oils and corrosive substances. Air the bag after unpacking and store it only when completely dry.
